Dresswe refunded me $50

I ordered a dress from Dresswe that came with several snags on the tulle both in front and back, as well as the sleeves being uneven lengths. I emailed support@dresswe.com and received an email back from tb dress telling me that I emailed the wrong address.

No one from dresswe has contacted me even though I have sent several emails and pictures of the damaged dress.

I would like a full refund for this dress and I don't want to be responsible for shipping costs. Every time I have called and tried to speak with someone, either the customer service isn't answering, or if they do, I'm told that the division that handles returns isn't there.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $140.
