I ordered a dress from Dresswe that came with several snags on the tulle both in front and back, as well as the sleeves being uneven lengths. I emailed firstname.lastname@example.org and received an email back from tb dress telling me that I emailed the wrong address.
No one from dresswe has contacted me even though I have sent several emails and pictures of the damaged dress.
I would like a full refund for this dress and I don't want to be responsible for shipping costs. Every time I have called and tried to speak with someone, either the customer service isn't answering, or if they do, I'm told that the division that handles returns isn't there.
