I was contacted by the customer service department after I complained on pissed consumer and was promised my 100% refund. Very happy this was the outcome and customers have this platform.

I have had a terrible experience with Dresswe. They do not give 100 % refunds.
I expected to receive my dress for an event by a particular date and it was put on hold. No one contacted me like the website promised. I called and was told it would take another week, I would only be refunded 70% of my money. Then when I canceled online through email (strange) I was told only 50%.
Now I'm out of a dress, money, and the communication has been terrible. Not worth the stress!
